A: All course materials including Resource Materials, Professional Compendium, Pen and Pad are supplied to you.Please bring with you a towel for training and ensure you were enclosed footwear.
Tea & coffee is provided. We also have a fridge, microwave & BBQ for you to utilise, so please bring your meals.
Q: Is there any homework?
A: Yes, however, these are such things as designing a diet/training protocols targeting fat loss, designing strength & conditioning programs for clients, football teams etc. Designing, planning & delivering such things as group fitness, boxing etc. - all things that a personal trainer would be doing each and every day.You will also do such things as prepare risk assessments, marketing strategies and designing a business plan for your own business for example.
Q: How is the course delivered?
A: In a nutshell, relevant, validated theory is taught in a simplistic manner which is then immediately transcended into the practical training environment. As previously stated, this is a very "hands on" course as a Fitness Trainer's work environment is exactly that!! results come from understanding the body's mechanisms and training specifically to achieve the client's goals - this is what we teach! We teach you to be the best Personal Trainer you can be while having fun and being motivated to succeed.Q: What do I wear?
A: Simple, comfortable clothes that you would normally train in. Enclosed footwear as you will be in and out of the gym, on the beach and park etc, multiple times.Q: What can I expect from the course?
